Description of the communicable disease

Tuberculosis is global health concern and one of the causes of mortality and morbidity. In 2010, there were 9 million cases of TB that translates to a global incidence of 128/100,000 individuals (Abarca Tomas et al., 2013). Furthermore, TB is an air-borne disease caused by  Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Abarca Tomás et al., 2013). TB is transmitted when persons with active pulmonary diseases sneeze, cough, spit or speak.
