ASSIGIMENT
This assignment requires you to provide an overview of the implementation plan for your project and how it fits into the healthcare system.  Start with your PICOt question and think through key players, specific tasks, quantifiable outcomes, etc. and how they all interact.
There are several examples of system maps in the Haines text. I suggest using the A-B-C-D Model.  It depicts inputs, throughputs, outputs, feedback loops, and sustainability mechanisms within the system. It should identify stakeholders and assessment points.  Your challenge will be to keep it simple and uncluttered. You will find two samples below.
