A learning organization is an effective leadership organization where the leaders lead the change. The study was conducted in Britain and stated the healthcare system could not become a learning organization because of the bureaucratic and market driven model. However, the study did think it was possible to become a learning organization in varying stages. What are your thoughts on this? Do you believe the U.S. has a learning organization?
